Step 1 : Install antispyware software,Most programs can be removed using Add / Remove Programs control services, but the most stubborn spyware. Windows Defender (a free download from Microsoft) or another antispyware program can detect and remove these programs. You should always have an antispyware program installed, spyware can be installed on your computer without your knowledge. After you install the antispyware program, run it to detect and remove unwanted programs.

Step 2 : Run the Disk Cleanup tool

1. Start >> Mycomputer

2. Right-click Local Disk >> Properties

3. General tab >> Disk Cleanup button.

Disk Cleanup take  few minutes to clean the disc.

4. Dialog box Disk Cleanup will appear. chose and check boxes in the Files to delete list, and then OK.

  1. Do you really feel that removing spy ware and viruses may make your computer operate quicker. Isn’t it actually a matter of security more than computer speed? I understand there may be some speed improvement however, for many desktops these days having a program like this operating won’t really impact speed much.
